Hardship during and after high school
This is
the most common topic which we all face after completing school life.
Our
parents say a common line “Beta 10th
par dhyaan de, Boards h” when we manage to get a good score in 10th
then they just pressurizes us to go with science as “neighbours son or daughter took science and earning handsome salary” or if we go with commerce stream “Mera Baccha CA Banega” as after
taking commerce except CA there is nothing left in life according to parents just
because “neighbours son or daughter is
CA and is having good reputation and earning handsome salary”.
Here
comes 12th now “Beta 12th h
agar nhi padhai kari toh you will not get good grades and if no good grades
then no admission in Delhi University”as the cut off closes at 97% as in
today’s scenario.
Now comes
actual struggle when you need to get admission especially in Delhi University
and do not have any quota.
After
college comes the job.
Today I
need to ask when our parents use to tell us – “beta school complete kar le phir aish h aish hai. I need to know guys
where the Aish is???
Now I would love
to share the hardship I faced after 12th and what actually I learnt:
During
school time I was topper and I took commerce and even managed to get good
grades and admission in Delhi University and made my mind to be CA without
family pressure.
Getting
into CA is easy but a journey to become CA is most difficult.
Here is
not what I got everything as word CA forced me to quit many things as the most
important thing I quit was a regular College degree as it was difficult for
daily up-down with regular coaching and good attendance in college.
Becoming
CA was a dream of me and my family. So I preferred to do graduation from SOL.
The
journey of CA was also not easy as taking 2 coaching in single day and travelling
from Faridabad to Delhi and getting up at 4 in morning in winters was the most
difficult task.
A time
came when I saw my friends doing job, so I thought of doing job and got placed
in MNC in single chance and was a proud moment for me and my family.
But the
story does not finish here as it is not easy to work in such competitive
environment where you need to keep both your eyes and ears open as anything can
happen from anywhere. Even you need to manage your studies, social life and
work life.
Then
comes a frustrating time where I decided to quit both CA and job where I worked
for 2 years. Quitting CA was actually the saddest decision for me because it
was a dream for me and my family.
At this
time I learnt something regarding job “Never
leave job without having any offer from other company”.
The time
gap of 2 months was actually a much needed break for me but was a lesson for me
“Never leave hope” as after 2 months
I got placed in “top manufacturing
organization”.
Everything
was perfect over a period of time but a time came when my DAD got admitted in
hospital on 25th January 2019 and also Grand PA was on bed for
period of time.
We were
shattered, broken but there was one person my MOM who was having courage and I stood up for her.
She was
with DAD in hospital and I used to manage my family, office with the help of my
Bhua and Sister. After 15 days when DAD got discharged from hospital and when
both came back there was a sigh of relief for us and normal life again started.
Now DAD
is getting recovered and living normal life again.
Hence
from this article I would share my thought:
1. Life goes on no
matter what
2. Never give up as
you don’t know when the good time will come.
3. The family that prays together, eats
together… stays together
.
